Check the result
Compare the product name, responsible company, formulation version, and award dates with your certificate. The award number and product details must both match.
The record shows the current status. A certificate retains its original issue date if the award later expires, is suspended, is withdrawn, or is revoked.
What verification covers
Verification confirms the award record and its details. It does not authenticate a purchased product or certify a manufacturing batch.
Report a discrepancy
Check for a typing error first. If the details still differ, include the award number and a description of the mismatch in your report. Attach a certificate image only if you are entitled to share it.
