This product received a Premium Supplement Award from the American Supplement Association. View the award record for the recognized formulation, award dates, and current status.
Use the statement only for the product named in that record.
Preserve the artwork
Use an approved file without changing its wording, proportions, colors, or legibility. Additional stars, grades, or wording such as “certified” or “approved” are not permitted.
At small sizes, use an approved small-format file where available. If required wording cannot be read, use a text attribution and record link instead.
Packaging and promotion
The artwork may appear on the awarded product’s packaging, product page, and related promotional materials. Recipients may arrange compliant production themselves; purchasing labels from ASA is optional.
The presentation must make the awarded formulation identifiable and avoid implying that ASA tested each unit or batch.
Prohibited claims
The award cannot be presented as:
- Government approval, accreditation, or product certification.
- A guarantee of safety, effectiveness, purity, or legal compliance.
- Recognition of a company, facility, supplier, or entire product range.
- First place or superiority to all competing products.
- An award for a changed formulation that has not been reviewed.
Artwork rights cannot be transferred to another company’s product. Certificates must retain the original product identity.
Expired or inactive awards
Stop new use of the current mark when an award expires, is suspended, is withdrawn, or is revoked. Historical references must identify the original year and current status.
