Certificate and award record
The target for issuing the digital certificate and publishing the award record is five business days after approval. Both are free.
Check the product name, company, formulation version, dates, category, and description. Report a factual error through your account. A correction to a name or image cannot substitute a different formulation for the awarded one.
Use the award artwork
Download the approved files from your account. Keep the wording and proportions intact, identify the awarded product and year, and include the record link or award number.
Use is limited to the active award term. The mark must not imply product certification, government approval, or recognition of an entire company or product range.
Trophies, certificates and labels
Physical award materials are optional purchases. You may also arrange compliant production of labels using the free approved artwork.
Maintain your award information
The standard term is 24 months from the decision date. ASA requests confirmation of the product information at 12 months.
Report material changes when they occur. Changes to active ingredients, amounts, strains, or intended users generally require a new application before the changed product can use the award.
Renewal
Submit a renewal application about 120 days before expiry to allow time for review. Renewal is free and assessed against the applicable criteria. The existing term ends on its recorded date unless renewal has been approved.
