Who may order
An authorized representative may request materials for a product with an active award. The product and company details must match the official record, and award status is checked before production.
A material purchase does not create, renew, or extend an award.
Written quotation
A quotation must identify the seller and contact details, item specification, quantity, personalization, currency, item price, shipping, applicable taxes, and total payable. It must also state the delivery destination, estimated production and delivery times, and applicable cancellation terms.
A website inquiry is not an accepted order and does not authorize payment. Acceptance requires confirmation of the quoted details and terms. Retain the accepted quotation with your order reference.
Payment and confirmation
Pay only through the payment method identified in the accepted order. Do not send card details through an application, inquiry form, or general message.
An inquiry acknowledgment confirms receipt only. Order acceptance and payment confirmation are separate records. A payment failure has no effect on the award or its digital certificate.
Personalization approval
Check the product and company names, award number, dates, layout, and specification on the proof. Production of a personalized item requires the agreed proof approval and order acceptance.
Correct errors in the official award record before approving a proof. The seller is responsible for producing the agreed item; the proof cannot change the award itself.
Cancellation and changes
An unaccepted order request may be withdrawn without charge. For an accepted order, submit a cancellation or change request as soon as possible, identifying the order number.
The cancellation terms agreed with the quotation apply to the production stage reached. Restrictions on personalized items do not remove remedies for defects, misdescription, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Delivery and problems
Check the delivery address and any stated destination restrictions or import responsibilities before accepting an order. Estimated delivery dates are estimates; material delays must be communicated through the order contact.
For a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, provide the order number and details of the problem. Photographs may assist with assessment. The accepted terms and applicable rights determine the remedy.
Changes in award status
If permission to use the current mark ends or is suspended before production, affected production is paused. Order support must explain the available options and any refund due. The order process cannot restore an inactive award.
