Award trophy
A personalized trophy identifies the awarded product, responsible company, award year, and record number. The agreed specification and approved proof determine the finished item.
Printed certificate
A printed certificate carries the award details and verification information. It represents the same award as the free digital certificate.
Award labels
Labels reproduce the approved artwork for the awarded formulation. The mark identifies the award; it is not evidence that individual units or batches were tested by ASA.
Recipients may arrange their own production using the permitted digital artwork.
Ordering information
Online ordering is closed. Your digital certificate and approved artwork remain available in your recipient account.
An order requires an active award, an authorized purchaser, and agreement on the item, quantity, personalization, delivery, and total price. Award details must match the official record.
Personalization proof
Check the product and company names, dates, award number, and layout before approving a proof. Correct any error in the official award record separately before production.
Award status is checked before production. A change that removes permission to use the mark can pause the affected order.
Delivery and order questions
Keep the accepted order details and approved proof. For damage, a production error, or a delivery problem, provide the order number and a description of the issue through order support.

Download your digital certificate and approved artwork from the recipient account. These are available without a physical-material purchase.
