Contact details and confidentiality
You may report without giving an email address. Without one, ASA cannot request clarification or provide an update. Contact details supplied with a report are used to handle the issue, not for marketing subscription.
Access is restricted to those handling the matter. Information may need to be shared for a fair investigation or to meet legal requirements, so absolute anonymity cannot be guaranteed.
Handling a report
The program procedure provides for assessing the issue, requesting clarification, and assigning any necessary review. The acknowledgment target is five business days when contact details are supplied.
Possible action includes correcting a record, requesting information, or changing award status under the rules. A report alone does not establish wrongdoing. Confidentiality can limit the case details shared with a reporter.
Health concerns
This form is not an emergency or medical advice service. Seek appropriate medical assistance for an immediate health concern. Report adverse events to the responsible company or relevant authority independently of an award inquiry.
